- 1)Live server
-Administrating the setup of measurement of Keynote, configure and manipulate also how it could effectively assist in giving the real user experience of our website.
- Research on functionality and API of Amazon services to make server management become more automatic and inteligence. Liaising with Amazon support for any issue arise from AWS.
- Research and study the security vulnerabilities of web services, including preventing malicious hack and DDOS
- R&D on the performance tuning and security hardening on all server.
2) Operation
- Liaise with management on IT related policies and control.
- Handling all costing in IT expenses and provide budgeting proposal.
3) Internal
- Overseeing the server, network configuration and setup in both MY and CN region. Setting the standard of the implementation, guiding the direction of more effective and lower overhead server administration.
- Overseeing the security vulnerabilities of all the system. Research and getting the latest security updates in the IT industry.
- Overseeing all hardware, software and application used in the company. Including setting up standard, giving advise, evaluate validity of usefulness, budgeting cost and maintaining the licensing and warranty management.
- Planning and implement disaster recover strategy, making sure the redundancy and recovery of all company data, as well as scalability forecasting.
4) Departmental
- Manage the Systems Administration Team of the company. Supervise, resource planning, motivating and guiding the direction of the team.
- Design and enhance work flow for all SAT related tasks and document them properly in internal wiki.
- Liaise and plan with other department managers on new/current projects.
5) Documentation
- Wiki down all important setup in server, networking, workstation. - Requirements :
- - At least 2 years of team leading role in IT related operation
- At least 5 years hands on experience in GNU/Linux server administration, preferable Redhat, Centos.
- Strong experience in website administration, website performance tuning, web application security implementation.
- Good possession of knowledge in bind9, squid, postfix, dhcp, samba, apache, mysql.
- Clear understanding in TCP/IP networking, firewall.
- Strong experience in bash shell scripting is a plus.
- Good analytical skill and sense of responsibility. - Lowest Qualification :
