- -To provide support for IT systems and software used by the company
-Assist with System Support Engineer administrative and technical functions
-Perform system diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity and security, and reliability of automated tasks.
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving problems with printers, copiers, fax machines and network proactively.
- Ensure availability of IT equipments to support the operation needs and resolve of IT hardware problems that arises.
- Arrangement of repair and maintenance of IT hardware & etc with the designated vendors. - Requirements :
- -Min Diploma Information Technology
-Experience in overall server operations (including basic administration, security, networking and monitoring)
-Good knowledge of troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
-Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Minimum 1-2 years experience in MIS or performing similar duties.
-Well spoken and written in Mandarin will be advantage.
