- - Responsible to support the section to develop dealership network for the company, by respecting the HMSB’s policy, norms, standards and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance on all due processes that needs to take place in the setup of new 3S Dealership.
- Constructive and immediate reports on disputes or issues arising during the new 3S setup process to immediate superior and HOD for quick remedy.
- Prepare and produce all official correspondence and documented communications and agreements between HMSB and all potential and successful applicants.
- Participate and contribute to the development and review of overall unit plans in order to maximize performance to achieve its business objectives.
- Produce and submit reports of each site visit/ field visit conducted by the team members to the immediate superior.
- Participate and contribute to the development and review of overall unit plans and conduct analysis and Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) activities reviews in order to maximize performance to achieve its business objectives. - Requirements :
- - Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry and exposure in retail business/technical operations.
- High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and intermediate in Project Management.
- Interpersonal skills and leadership for staff management.
- High competence in Problem Solving, Planning and Problem Analysis skills.
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
-Creativity to develop a dealer process management system that leads the industry.
- Negotiation skills with dealer owners/ management and HMSB management in related departments.
- Ability and desire to place yourself in the role of a business owner and understand opportunities and risks.
- Able to install, enforce and motivate good discipline among staffs.
- Self motivated with good problem solving and prompt decision making skills.
- Must have the right positive can do mindset & attitude.
- Continuously look for new challenges.
- Possess strong passion towards work & responsibility assigned, hardworking and sincere. - Lowest Qualification :
