- 1. To ensure best selection, implementation and maintenance of an adequate ERP system and other MIS in operation or to be implemented, against the lowest costs and with best quality.
2. To ensure presence of a secure, virus free and efficient network with adequate bandwidth allowing uninterrupted access.
3. To ensure VB staff receives adequate training to make optimum use of current or future ERP packages / PDMS or any other kind of computer software ((included plant machinery software:Vacam/Winsteel/WinCN/CNC) and training in
4. maintenance of these packages.
5. To ensure minimum down time of the internet access and best possible connection and bandwidth which enables all employees.to work most efficiently.
6. To ensure proper hardware is in place and IT licences are up to date against the lowest costs and comply legal requirements.
7. To ensure accurate IT/MIS procedures and policies are in place.
8. To ensure electronic document flow and document structure are adequate
9. To ensure machinery software such as Vacam, Winsteel / WinCN, CNC downtime is minimal and programmers are able to do programming without delay.
- Requirements :
- 1. Bachelor Degree in IT
2. Minimum of 5 years work experience in production/project environment
3. Experience in setting up and administrating ERP system
