1. Provide first and second level support for a wide range of software, applications and hardware technologies.
2. Act as a single point of contact to log the case and provide excellent Client Service via telephone and emails from customers until the problems are solved within timeline.
3. To assess nature of problem, perform analysis and diagnosis of problems, identify trends and potential problem areas to minimum or avoid the occurrence of incidents.
4. Take ownership of user problems, monitor the escalation and follow up the status of problems and communicate progress to the user in a timely manner.
5. To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
6. To Compile, document and update resolutions to knowledge base
7. Contribute to improvement of client service management and build close rapport with clients.
 
Requirements :
1. Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Information Systems / Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
2. At least one (1) year experience in IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone ethic.
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills with excellent service oriented quality.
5. Ability to learn and support for multiple bespoke software applications.
6. Self motivated with ability to work effectively under pressure.
