- 1. Analyse, clarify and document the requirements related to Loyalty software systems, together with the customers;
2. Assist Project Manager in preparing needed documents for entire system lifecycle.
3. Customize products workflow;
4. Document software implementations/fixes;
5. Prepare acceptance test plans and carrying out acceptance tests at the customer environment;
6. Install and configure software systems;
7. Troubleshoot and fix of problems/defects related to software implementations
- Requirements :
- 1. BSc degree in the field of IT, Computer Science or related.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in related field.
3. Experience in preparing documents such as SPMP, SRS, STD, STR etc.
4. Good knowledge of: .NET ASP & MSSQL.
5. Hands on experience in deploying IT software and solutions.
6. Flexible, loyal, well organized team player who is able to communicate freely in multinational team.
7. Good English language skills, both written and oral.
8. The position requires travelling
