Description :: 1. Identify requirements by liaising extensively with System Analyst, external or internal users.
2. Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
3. Program the computer by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering coded information into the computer.
4. Confirm program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/ or codes.
5. Plan and work flexibly to a deadline.
6. Provide reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk.
7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
8. Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Develop and maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems
Requirements :: 1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, major in Programming Languages.
2. 1-4 years working experience in Web-application in PHP, Java, SQL environment.
3. Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Requirements, Software Development Process.
4. Analyzing information, problem-solving & attention to details.
5. Desirable: Professional certification in any programming language. Proven track record in any system's implementation.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. Ability to work with team member. Teamwork is strongly required as MIS is involved with a lot of projects.
8. Ability to upgrade and adapt to the new technology promptly. Open-minded concept is required.
9. Willing to learn and share ideas/ solutions with peers
