Description :: 1. Report to IT Manager
2. Accountable to analyze internal functional requirements and perform conceptual design for the development of internal software systems and enhancement to existing internal software systems, including but not limited to:
(a) Apply organization defined software development processes according to project requirements.
(b) Participate in all phase of SDLC activities including business requirements
(c) Information gathering and analysis
(d) System design, database design, system development and deployment
(e) Conduct unit testing
(f) Prepare technical or system documentation
(g) Leading project implementation, provide system training
(h) Provide support and troubleshooting during SIT, UAT, Post Implementation.
3. Accountable to perform software quality control - perform functional/unit/integration testing, load and performance testing, security adherence: perform peer code review.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate should possess at least a Degree in IT Programming or equivalent.
2. Experience in Software development and/or Web Application development is an added advantage.
3. Fresh graduates with outstanding results are encourage to apply
4. Able to work effectively with diverse working levels of people
5. Strong planning and organizational skills with sharp analytical and evaluation abilities
6. Good communication skills both verbal and written in multilingual i.e. English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Required skills for software engineer: VB6/VB.Net, knowledge in RDBMS SQL commands, PHP, MySQL.
7. Able to work on large pre-existing code base, navigate through the code base to perform analysis, bug fixing or enhancement.
8. Able to work independently and meeting deadline
