- Working location at LifeTech Network Operation Center (NOC)
- Proactive monitoring of customers’ IT network on LifeTech Network Management System (NMS)
- Upon detection of alarm on NMS, ensure on-time notification to customer, first level troubleshooting with customer, reporting of faults to Telekom Malaysia (TM), co-ordination & periodic follow up until fault is resolved
- Opening of trouble ticket on LifeTech ticketing system for proper tracking of faults reported
- Maintain close working relationship with customers
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly network backup health check (ISDN/ADSL).
- Prepare monthly network performance reports for assigned customers
- Pleasant personality & tele-conversation etiquette
- Able to work shift (morning, afternoon, night & weekends) on rotation basis  
Requirements :
- Deg./Dip. in Computer Science, Electronic Electrical Engineering or equiv./Deg. in IT/EEE, CCNA, ITIL.
- At least 1 year working experience in customer service
- Fresh graduates with IT & networking experience during internship or industrial attachment
- Proficient in windows operating systems ie. XP, Vista, Windows7
- Exposure to NMS (preferred)
- Proficient communication skills in English
