Description :: 1. To provide prompt technical support on system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of vision inspection machine at customer premises in Malaysia or overseas.
2. To develop and improve on customer support's plan and build good customer relationship.
3. Follows through with all aspects of each customer's service job.
4. Facilitates delivery of 100% satisfaction to every customer ensuring repeated business for the company.
5. Vision system buy off at user's site.
6. Feedback and work with internal team on quality and design related issue
Requirements :: 1. A recognized Diploma in Science and Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Studies or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years working experience in customer service and support for machine vision inspection is an added advantage
3. Knowledge of techniques in system set-up, buy-off, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production and use of precision technical plans, drawings and models
4. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
5. Flexible, responsive, able to work long & irregular hours if required
6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin
7. Fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply
