- •Coordinate with SAP consultants on any SAP issues and/or upgrades whenever required by the company.
•Provide operational and technical support to end-users including installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting of pc hardware/applications.
•Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and smooth running of server, network and infrastructure of the systems to users.
•Implementation of IT policies/procedures.
•Liaise with IT vendors to support the company’s operation needs.
•Maintain a standard documentation for all IT related documentation.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT or Computer or equivalent.
•Knowledge in PC hardware peripherals, LAN,Windows Server System troubleshooting.
•Knowledge and experience in SAP ECC 6 or equivalent is be an added advantage
•Experience in manufacturing environment and its operations would be an advantage
