- 1. Assemble and configure server hardware components.
2. Install and manage operating system on servers.
3. Configure and manage Active Directory operations.
4. Configure and manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, WINS, and FSMO roles.
5. Install and manage antivirus components on servers.
6. Install and manage operating system on desktops and laptops.
7. Install and manage antivirus software on desktops and laptops.
8. Install and manage computers to work with Active Directory domain.
9. Install and manage printers on computers.
10. Install and manage user profiles on client computers.
11. Install and manage email settings on client computers.
12. Install and manage wireless access points, routers.
13. Install and manage firewalls.
14. Install and manage web servers.
15. Install and manage SQL database servers.
16. Manage Active Directory user accounts on servers.
17. Troubleshoot printing issues on client computers.
18. Troubleshoot computer network issues.
19. Troubleshoot virus/spyware issues on client computers.
20. Monitor backup jobs on servers.
21. Monitor antivirus status on servers.
22. Monitor server storage capacity.
23. Configure shared folder permissions.
24. Perform routine checks on servers.
25. Design and implement disaster recovery plans.
26. Prepare technical documentation - Requirements :
- •Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.
•Microsoft Windows 2003, Microsoft Windows 2008, Microsoft Windows 2012 Server.
•Symantec Veritas Backup Exec and other backup solutions.
•All versions of Microsoft Office.
•Antivirus software such as Symantec, Mcafee, etc on servers and client computers.
•Knowledge of open source products such as Linux would be an advantage
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
