Description :: To assist Project Manager in coordinating, leading and managing projects effectively to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.
Participate actively in the working of all projects assigned and an active member of all teams.
To assist Project Manager to manage standards, procedures and practice of record keeping of all agreements and contract of the company.
Collate and document project progress [project file, project log] periodically.
Reports to Lead Project Manager
To assist in producing technical, business and economic documentation for new projects.
Requirements :: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or a related field
Min of 5 years of experience in related job in the IT services industry
Previous experience coordinating IT projects is a key requirement.
Must have a good command of verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to handle both customer and vendors expectations.
