- • To act as the primary interface with the user community and actively promoting Service Excellence at all time through the phone, email and chat.
• Trouble-shooting on computer hardware/software and network problems (eg. Remote user connection problem)
• Escalate issues appropriately using hierarchical and functional escalation guidelines.
• To ensure that all IT incidents/problems and requests are recorded in the ticket logging system and regularly updated.
• To manage and own the service desk calls through to resolution.
• Reporting and Statistical Analysis of data mined and gathered from the ticket logging and tracking system.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the 1st level support is preferable.
• A proven Customer Service / Customer Excellence record with an Enterprise / Corporate organization
• Must have experience in ticket logging system (preferably Remedy Systems)
• Experience and certification in ITIL will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident in telephone manner
• Able to deal with potentially stressful situations and work under pressure.
• Able to speak Korean or Thai will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work 24x7 shift.
