Description :: Setup and configuration of Enterprise products like servers, workstations, wireless, network switches, security appliance, etc.
Documentation, upgrade, migration and maintenance of customer existing IT infrastructure or completed project
Support and recommend system IT policies, standard operating procedure and capacity planning for customers
Perform troubleshooting of network hardware and security appliance to resolve and restore services
Act as an escalation point onsite or remote access for service requests or issues on customers system/network IT infrastructure
Work with the technical team, vendors or individually to deliver onsite job tasks, and projects in accordance to work scope.
Requirements :: At least 3 years relevant experience in IT/networking industry providing network operation support and administration.
Experience from SI environment preferred
In-depth knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
Should have hands-on experience on configuration, administration and troubleshooting of WINTEL system, enterprise application and cloud solution such as email system, security or network equipment such as routers, firewall and switches.
Certified in CCNA, CCNP or industry recognized IT certification or strong knowledge in network & System will be an advantage
Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent
Polite and able to communicate well to the clients.
Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
