Description :: - Responsible for filing the accounting documents in timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible to ensure data and records are kept to update
- Responsible to protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Responsible to carry out accounting data posting using accounting software
- Basic book keeping, banking transaction, petty cash record
- Need to prepare payment vouchers, cheques, invoices into the ROQ , etc
- Responsible to perform other general office accounting and administrative task required by management.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U/LCCI Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience of working within finance department
- Able to independently carry out the development work according to specification provided.
- Work well both independently and as part of team and able to work under pressure.
- Required skills (accounting software i.e UBS / SQL / typing skill / computer literacy, MS Excel)
- Applicants should be Malaysia citizens.
- Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
- Additional knowledge on GST is an added advantage.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
