- We have openings for Account Executive position based in Petaling Jaya/Klang Valley. We are looking for people who would like to grow with us and have below experiences:
• To manage full set of accounts
• Ability to produce monthly Management Accounts Report
• Ability to generate monthly P&L and Balance Sheet
• Managing timely collections/ receivable from debtors i.e. Clients
• Manage daily cash flow & schedule allocations for payments
• Submission and computation of Service Tax payable to Pengarah Kastam
• Liaising with Company Secretary, external auditors & tax consultants for Company and its subsidiary
• Preparing & manage audit schedule for year end audit
Salary - RM2500-RM3000 - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts preferably in related industry
• Must be highly analytical, meticulous and organized
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and with a sense of urgency
• Good writing and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be proficient in Biztrack Accounting Software, Excel and MS Words
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
