Description :: - Responsible to prepare drawings and documents required within project time schedule.
- Responsible assist in managing all aspects of healthcare projects, from design development to site implementation.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with Authorities, standards and technical specifications, as well as Company ISO procedures.
- Responsible to take the lead of the drawings and documents standard for the whole Discipline.
- Able to work independently and able to meet deadlines. Someone who is reliable, responsible with a positive attitude.
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM
- Preferably with Certificate in AutoCad ( at least 3 years-work experience )
- Experience in hospital work will be an advantage
- Flair in design and space planning
- Sound knowledge of contractual procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements, construction detailing and contract administration
- Able to work with multi-disciplinary team and liaise with relevant authorities
- Good computer knowledge and understanding of CAD processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, MS Power Point.
- Knowledge in Revit, Sketchup and Photoshop would be an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good self-discipline and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to travel to site as and when required.
