Description :: - Responsible for managing all channels and ensure the performance of the lease: (i) In the house marketer, team leased Ascendas Services and / or Ascendas Funds Management (AFM), (ii) external leasing agents, including but not limited to making decisions commission structure, network and / or work with them on deals
- Responsible to review and rate the mandate set for the various buildings that are assigned to ensure competitiveness.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the pipeline lease and improve the current conversion leads to deals
- Responsible for assigned building, including a new take on critical buildings (buildings with low occupancy) as well as monitoring and completion of the RFP (request for proposal) to ensure the competitiveness and appropriateness
- Responsible to maximize and exploit all available resources and potential income from the building assigned parking, utilities, ancillary, and other
- Responsible for mining anchor for growth and more opportunities BD
- Responsible for launch investments, divestments, development and / or improvement works to ensure building of assets assigned to do and produce the desired returns
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the A & P and Expenditure Budget and to ensure and improve the effectiveness of the A & P expenses
Requirements :: - Candidates must have a Bachelor of Business / Financial / Estate Management or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales / marketing / agency background in industrial space / office
-Have Interpersonal skills and good communication
