- Responsible for the collection of debt and equity

Investor Relations:
- Responsible for communicating corporate strategy and financial investors, and actively manage the investment community
- Responsible for providing non-deal roadshows, and in relation to investment bankers and analysts to investor events
- Responsible for preparing annual reports and quarterly announcements of financial and asset management department; and produce various documents related to SGX and MAS
- Responsible for the media in relation to the press and answer questions from investors
- Responsible for promoting the Trust to the public, institutional investors, analysts and other interested parties
- Responsible for organizing the EGM and AGM function; prepare slides to communicate with investors
Requirements :: - Candidates must have a Bachelor of Business / Finance or equivalent
- 10 years of relevant experience. Real estate or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates must have experience in corporate finance or treasury function, preferably with banking experience
