- • Lead the planning and implementation of project, include liaise with broker regarding agreement and tenant fees wise issues.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Plan and schedule project time lines.
• Track project deliverable using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Liaise with constantly conduct meeting with contractors on project wise issues and progress.
• Quality assurance.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Any other assignments as and when required. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with government authorities and clients.
• Have good in negotiation, planning, management and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge in contracts.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Willing to travel and work on weekends if necessary.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
