- • Manage on-site construction works, materials and equipment management.
• Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements.
• Assist in overseeing engineering deliverable and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements.
• Liaise with clients and local authorities for project related matters and requirements.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical and electrical.
• Internal inspection management.
• Assist the Project Manager to manage the design review for C&S work from conceptual design toward detailed design stage. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Property
• Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Auto-CAD.
• Be able to produce engineering specifications/Requisitions for client approval in fast track environment and conduct technical clarification meeting with vendors/clients.
• Be able to work independently
• With strong communication skills and execution abilities.
