Description :: • To contractually manage and supervise existing/ongoing contracts, in terms of preparing monthly progress claim, attending project meetings, correspondences, coordinating with client, consultant, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparation of progress payment/interim valuation for sub-contract/suppliers.
• Taking off quantities and build-up rates for purpose of tender submission.
• Preparing sub-contractor agreement and documentation.
• Obtain quotation from supplier/subcontractor for purpose of tendering & budgeting.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Requires language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• At least 2 years working experience in related field is required.
