Description :: Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation of plan and procedures including arranging site set-up, obtaining clients' approval, supervising and managing the site construction activities carried out by subcontractors and to ensure timely completion of the work by fulfiling all quality and safety aspects and targets
Responsible for the coordination and supervision for installation, testing and commissioning of building services of projects undertaken by the company, e.g electrical systems, ACMV systems etc.
Able to coordinate with interface contractors and also with consultants for engineering issues and shop floor drawings
Engage in discussions with the relevant authorities for plan preparation and submission
Project management and site supervision works
Requirements :: Requirements:
Relevant Degree / Diploma in M&E from the local university is preferred
Minimum 5 years working experience in the construction industry as contractor or sub-contractor firm in building works
Preferably have worked in a main contractor environment
Knowledge and familiar with the local authority requirements
Singaporean & SPR preferred
