Description :: -Calculate and estimation of project tender.
-Compile and compare quotation and summarizing of sub-contract.
-Negotiate with sub-contractors.
-Attends site meeting organized by the clients's representative.
-Prepare progress payment claim, quotation and variation order.
-Any other duties that deem necessary from time to time
Requirements :: -Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Building Science,or min 2 years working experience preferably in construction environment.
-Knowledge of computer.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill and a team player. Able to work independently.
-Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.
