Description :: - To assist Management - Site Management for the full spectrum site related matters.
- To monitor and coordinate the site activities that in the most effective and efficient manner, complete the project on time, within budget and acceptable quality.
- To plan for the daily resources allocation, organize and coordinate for smooth implementation of site activities.
- Hands-on in construction activities including monitoring construction progress and control of plant and machinery, materials and manpower at site.
- To implement and adhere an effective project site safety regulations.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required management system in order to strengthen the company's position.
- To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language (s) : Chinese , English
- Self-motivated and able to work under independently under minimum supervision.
- Pleasant, good interpersonal skill with positive work attitude
- Responsible and mature
- Good communication, interpersonal skill and time management.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structual or equivalent.
