Job Summary
Responsible for Pre and Post contracts includes tendering, sourcing material
procurement site coordination and closing final accounts
Responsibilities :
• Preparation of quotations and proposals, bills of quantities, tender and
contract documentation, costing, tender reports, contract administration,
certify sub-
contractors’ / suppliers’ claims as well as the submission of claims
to the Company’s client.
• Measure (take-off) quantities from building plans prepared by the
Architects and Consultants and keep proper record of such documents for
implementation
and reference.
• To gather, compile and document material and labour costing from existing
and potential suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors and specialist
installers.
• To gather and compile all as-built drawings, contract documents,
warranties and bank/product guarantee for pre-contract/contract and
post-contract works
including defects liability periods.
• Closing accounts for post contract work to all suppliers, contractors,
specialist installers and final account to clients. - Requirements :
- • 5 years working experience in the similar capacity in the Interior Design
related field.
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying from established institutions.
• Well versed in the processes of contracts administration.
• Skilled knowledge in project costing and cost evaluation.
• Able to work independently and effectively. - Lowest Qualification :
