- -Calculate and estimation of project tender.
-Compile and compare quotation and summarizing of sub-contract.
-Negotiate with sub-contractors.
-Attends site meeting organized by the clients's representative.
-Prepare progress payment claim, quotation and variation order.
-Any other duties that deem necessary from time to time. - Requirements :
- -Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Building Science,or min 2 years working experience preferably in construction environment.
-Knowledge of computer.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill and a team player. To be able to work independently.
