Description :: - Perform take-off quantities.
- Perform cost analysis & estimation.
- Pre & post tender contract administration.
- Prepare progress claim & variation orders.
- Verification of sub-contractor/supplier claim.
- Assist project manager in preparing material schedule.
- Advises project manager on Contractual matters.
- To prepare the progress report for every site meeting(PQP)
- To ensure proper implementation for ISO record.
- Assist contract manager in evaluation of task
- Attempt to all email enquiry
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Min 3 years working experience
- Ability to work in teams especially engineers& other draughtperson as well as independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills
