- 1、 建筑学相关专业本科及以上学历
2、8年以上大型设计院相关工作经历，3年以上同等岗位工作经验，独立运作过2个以上的大型住宅建筑设计项目
3、 有马来西亚地区设计项目综合管理经验，熟悉马来西亚当地设计规范
4、 优秀的领导能力、抗压能力及团队建设能力
5、 思路清晰，做事果断，具有良好的执行力、判断力与决策能力，具有一定的前瞻性和创新意识
- Requirements :
- 1. Architecture or related major, bachelor degree or above
2. More than 8 years relevant working experience in large Design Institute; or above 3 years working experience in the same position, and have independently operated more than 2 large scale high residential building projects
3. Have rich experience in management of Malaysia projects design, and be familiar with the Malaysia local design code
4. Strong interpersonal communication, motivational and team building ability
5. With good execution, judgment, crisis management and decision-making ability, be proactive and innovative - Lowest Qualification :
