- -To prepare for all type of Coating System with written procedure, and conduct sandblast & paint for Test Panel for Coating System during qualification coating.
- Monitoring and checking blasting & painting activities (prior/after) to ensure that the quality of workmanship is in accordance with the procedure and client specification.
-Monitoring environment conditions (relative Humidty), reading paint batch products, application method, surface preparation, surface profile and equipment's used
-Inspecting the coating application and wet film thickness &DFT. Monitor and ensure each interval layer of coating with acceptance range of thickness..
-Check blasting equipment, Inspection Measurement Tools &Equipment (IMTE), and Health & Safety personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and environmental are in well maintained condition. - Requirements :

Description
Multi Fibre Sdn Bhd (‘MFSB’ or the Company) was incorporated on 30 November 1976 and has since then established a strong presence in the field of mechanical engineering, with experience in metal fabrication, general engineering and building construction. The Company is a CIDB registered Class G6 contractor capable of handling building, civil engineering and mechanical engineering contracts.
The Company is located on Lot 265, Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau IV, 81100 Johor Bahru, and currently operates on a self-built factory on a 43,560 sq ft piece of land with a built-up area of approximately 26,000 sq ft which houses a factory-cum-engineering yard as well as a 3-storey Management Office.
Since 2002, the Company has streamlined its focus on the Oil and Gas (O&G) Industry and has successfully secured and completed multiple projects in this field. As such, the Company has expanded its capabilities in undertaking projects in the O&G Industry – with particular emphasis on structural fabrication projects including the fabrication of jackets, modules, topsides, platform and piping. Presently, the Company is a registered contractor for the following major O&G facilities fabricators in Johor; Malaysian Marine Heavy Equipment Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Engineering Sdn Bhd, FMC Wellhead Equipment Sdn Bhd, Petra Resources Sdn Bhd, Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd, and other established organizations in the industry.
The Company is also the only engineering company in Johor Bahru capable of providing ‘one-stop’ advice on production facilities and work flow designs, structure fabrication & construction, plant commissioning, maintenance and quality assurance services for palm kernel oil (PKO) chiller crystallization conveyor systems, industrial pressure & non-pressure boiler vessels, waste heat recovery units and distilled drinking water bottling plants.
