Description :: -Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications, consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionals, and Technical Workers, preparing tender documents and contract bids,
-Coordinating labour resources, procurement, delivery of materials, plant and equipment negotiating with project owners, main contractor and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
-Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites, ensuring adherence to legislation, standards of performance, quality, cost and safety.
-Arranging submission of plans to local authorities and other relevant government departments, enforcement units and other related agencies.
-Overseeing the standard and progress of sub-contractors work and arranging inspections by authorities.
Requirements :: -Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years as Project Manager in handling building construction / property development.
-Knowledge of planning and implementation of infrastructures and building works are essential
-Able to liaise & manage efficiently and effectively all vendors, contractors, consultants, local authorities and government agencies.
-Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
