- Responsibilities:
* Responsible for management of all aspects of financial accounting functions inclusive of financial
planning, financial reporting, budgetary controls, treasury, funding, tax planning and forecasting
* Develop and maintain good relationships with the banks, audit firm and regulators.
* Responsible to source for project funding, evaluate, analyst and apply for financing and loan instruments
* Oversee and participate in feasibility studies and due diligence on potential investment and development
projects acquisition of new land bank, organisation budget, determining cost effectiveness of respective
development projects.
* Ensure compliance in all financial reporting as required. - Requirements :
- Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Financial or equivalent or higher.
* Required language: Bahasa & English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience and 2 years in property development or similar industry.
* Experienced in liaising with bankers and relevant authorities
* Result oriented with strong initiative and high integrity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Overall cash planning, funding and monitoring
* Valid License & own Transport - Lowest Qualification :
