Description :: * Perform take-off quantities.
* Perform cost analysis & estimation.
* Pre & post tender contract administration.
* Prepare progress claim & variation orders.
* Verification of sub-contractor/supplier claim.
* Assist project manager in preparing material schedule.
* Advises project manager on Contractual matters.
* To prepare the progress report for every site meeting(PQP)
* To ensure proper implementation for ISO record.
* Assist contract manager in evaluation of tender.
Requirements :: * Diploma in building/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor.
* At least 2~3 years of related working experience.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Applicants must be willing to travelling and own transport.
* Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
