Description :: -To advise potential clients on various intellectual property issues.
-To handle all legal matters (office actions, opposition, objection, hearing) pertaining to the registration of Intellectual Property rights.
-Assist to draft, vet, review journals, articles, agreements and other legal documents.
-Monitors file status and meeting deadlines.
-Report to Management on progress of files and cases.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or its equivalent.
-Self motivated, cheerful and positive individual.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
-1 year experience in Intellectual Property field is preferable.
