- Candidate is required to explore business opportunities, meet potential customers, prepare sales proposals and documentations, and develop good relationship with corporate clients mainly from property sector, housing developers, financial institutions, government sector and other related potential business sources.
•Manage main lease and sublease relating to land/property, or buy and sell.
•Liaise with relevant authorities to resolve issues arising from purchase/ redevelopment of the company’s land and property.
•Feasibility study on renewal of land and its future land use
•Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies.
•Fulfil company and personal’s targets and objectives.
•Assist in all estate management matters of specific division
•Ensure good partnership with relevant agencies and organizations
•Lead a team to carry out routine and scheduled operations and events
•Perform duties assigned
•To generate sales / business as planned by company.
•To expand and grow existing business / clientele.
•CRM maintenance and update of all assigned account and own customer.
•Establish guidelines, standards and implement customers’ SOP, submission of reports and design KPI for new accounts.
•Prepare sales and marketing reports and presentation materials.
•Must have experience in business management, planning and financial oversight.
•Experiences in business management of industrial park.
•Proven Skills in business and financial management. - Requirements :
- • Degree in Estate Management from a recognised University
• Required language(s): English, Malay
• Possess own transport
• Result-driven and motivated
• Possess some experience in handling property and land issues
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Knowledge of contracts administration, legislations and statutory requirements with regards to properties will be an advantage
