Description :: • To perform, lead and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, trouble shooting and corrective maintenance, work order scheduling, planning, system operation and inspection, conducting economic analysis and improvement and upkeep operations of the company facilities.
• To maintain, install and trouble-shoot of M&E systems, building plant, machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance is safe, correct and legal to ST & JKKP.
• Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.
• Handle Electrical consultant inspection & update status on electric supply condition.
• To provide comprehensive maintenance report on factory equipment and machinery repairing cost tracking expenses.
• Monitor equipment and machinery inventory.
• To provide yearly maintenance budget.
• To Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• To keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• To manage relationships with internal and external parties.
Requirements :: • Proven experience as at least assistant maintenance manager.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Working knowledge of machines and equipment.
• Well versed in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, industrial automation & PLC.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• Minimum Diploma in mechanical /Electrical engineering with 5 years in manufacturing or construction environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 and OHSAS 18001 will be added advantage.
• Committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
