Description :
- Responsible for establishing the start up of department, setting direction and management of day to day operation for freight customer service, including for customer relationships, overseeing KPI for revenue, profit, cot control and quality of services.
- Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery service that is provided to our business customers.
- Guide and monitor the complete of daily freight operation including container importation/exportation for shipper/consignee.
- Establish quality processes and SOP for importation and exportation movement.
- Constantly develop close working relationship with Customer for growing the volume of LBL freight import/ export Operation businesses.
- Ensure proper staffing, utilization and management of personnel.
- Supervise all personnel working at the department 
Requirements :
- Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree with over 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
- Minimum 5 years experience in managerial capacity is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding is a must requirement.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Strong problem-solving skill.
