Description :: -Accountable for the project in its entirety from initial stage until End Of Life
-To responsible for one or more projects on a global basis that are interrelated from the perspective of customer, technology, or product platform
-To provide guidance, direction, support and coordinate with project heads on the requirements of the project
-Working closely with peers and provide operational leadership to achieve customers' deliverables within planned time frame
-Primary focus is on project coordination and customer contract requirement fulfilment.
-Lead the project by supervising/monitoring, take actions to secure and fulfil the project goals
-Conduct periodic performance review with clients
Requirements :: -Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), or relevance field.
-Minimum 3-4 years' experience in managerial capacity in project management.
-Preferably Manager with technical knowledge , specializing in Plastic / Rubber field.
-Conversant in various computer software applications like Auto-CAD.
-Strong leadership and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
-Problem solver, self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player.
