- • Maintenance of projects/ tender documentations
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claims etc
• Strong knowledge on Mechanical & Electrical application
• Involve in Pre & Post M&E Quantity Surveying for project
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget and cost control
• Prepare for projects tendering relevant to M&E fields
• Produce bill of quantities for the tendering projects
• Familiar with drawings to produce accurate quantities
• Prepare settlement for final account - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in
(Electrical/ Electronic) Engineering, (Mechanical) Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese,
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in M&E Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
