Description :: - Track changes to the designs and/or construction works and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- Price/forecast the costs of different materials needed for the projects
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations
- Measure and value the work done on sites
- Evaluate sub-contractors' claims.
- Liaise with the clients and other construction professionals
- Select and/or source construction materials
- Prepare quotation, costing and product information
- Prepare good arrangement to sites
- Prepare progress claim, costing and sub- contractor claims
Requirements :: - Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Good in interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
