Description :: - Lead a team of contract administration professionals in the managing of pre and post contract administration activities such as tendering process, negotiation, selection of contractors, award of contract, monitoring contractors’ performance and conclusion of award.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards, applicable laws and
regulations.
- Manage and supervise the preparation of tender documents (e.g. bill of quantities, specifications,
contract conditions, drawings etc).
- Attend tender openings; design strategies for the procurement of contractors and sub-contractors,
ensure that the services cater to our requirements.
- Ensure that the measurement of quantities for building materials specified for the BoQ accurately
reflects the specifications and drawings prepared by architects and engineers.
- Ensure that all specifications documents for all designs comply with statutory requirements; ensure that the specifications document is updated to reflect any changing statutory requirements
- Coordinate with various contractors in order to develop an understanding of the technical
specifications, costs and prices of their supplies.
- Ensure that tender documents are updated based on feedback attained and that costs are recalculated where designs or specifications are altered.
Requirements :: - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in property development.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
