Description :: • Perform the contract administration activities in accordance to the Company SOP and work standards
• Prepare tender documents (e.g. bill of quantities, specifications, contract conditions, drawings etc) where quantity take- off and site measurement are required.
• Ensure that the measurement of quantities for building materials specified for the BoQ accurately reflects the specifications and drawings prepared by architects and engineers
• Organize tender interviews and ensure the tendering processes comply with the Company SOP and project schedule.
• Prepare overall project budget, construction costs, progress claims/payments, variation orders and final accounts are prepared and controlled in accordance to work standards.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Project Management qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in managing building contracts.
