Description :: - In charge of production of prefabricated concrete components
- Manage a team of engineers, supervisors and technician
- Ensure timely production and delivery
- Liase with singapore HQ on delivery issues
- Ensure efficient use of resource to carry out the production work
- Coordinate between planning team, QC team, steel fabrication team, material procurement and mould team to ensure smooth production
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations as well as ISO procedures and standards
- Responsible for metal mould inspection prior to production
- Arrange for nforcwmwnt inspection prior to casting
- Conduct inspection of precast components after casting
- Ensure quality of concrete for production and testing of cubes for conformity
- Prepare daily production reports and summary of non-conformance reports/ test reports
- Witness confirmation testing, stressing and casting
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Cvil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years in pre-cast/ construction or manufacturing
- Training will be provided in Singapore ( if necessary )
- Applicant must be willing of work in Senai, JB
