Description :: • Collaborate with Customer Quality Representative and Engineering Personnel to determine critical part features and review measuring methods, jigs, fixtures to be used for inspection. Responsible for the design, establishment, fabrication arrangement of these inspection jigs and fixtures.
• Responsible for quality planning, inspection and control method to ensure product / part’s conformance.
• Monitor new process launching and its effectiveness to a satisfactory result.
• Review Engineering Change Notice to ensure compliance to Quality System, CSR and international requirements for new project/ product.
• Responsible for quality related requirement for PPAP submission.
• Perform study/ data analysis that leads to root cause identification of a product/ process nonconformance
• Analyst product quality data like and lead improvement task.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly report and support ad hoc quality report and data analysis.
• Responsible for Statistical Process Control (SPC) data analysis and Recommend improvement action and work with team for machine capability not meet requirement and any out of control triggering.
• Perform and Analyst equipment measurement analysis and carry out improvement.
• Lead process audit, continual improvement project to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes
Requirements :: • Minimum Degree /Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production quality.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF16949 is preferable.
• Experience with Product Quality Planning (APQP) process
• Experience with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Computer literate to include Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T)
• Experience in using or design precision measurement equipment and fixture/gauges
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver presentations
