Description :: • Work closely with sale team, engineering and production and provide forecast plan.
• Liaise with customer for delivery requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
• Assure timely response or shipments to all customer orders.
• To work out the contingency plan to minimize or cover ad hoc issues (quality, shipments,etc)
• Ability to run “What if” scenario.
• Any other assignments as & when assigned by direct superior.
Requirements :: • Minimum 5 years of working experience in planning role.
• Experience in project management and customer service will be added advantages.
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal skill and good attitudes.
• Able to work effectively with internal teams of function.
• Possess initiative and work in a fast pace environment.
• Injection molding knowledge will be a added advantage.
