- - Ensure quality of work done by contractors align with the drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing, managing and controlling of the project budget.
- Ensure proper materials and cost control on site.
- Report and coordinate with Project Manager on the projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate interfacing construction activities of various contractors on site.
- Select tools, materials and equipment track inventory.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining the project progress.
-Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Ensure works are carried out according to the schedule or work programme and monitor the overall work progress.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed at site.
- Any other task’s assign by superior from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Possess Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil / Construction / Structural Engineering or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years on site working experience in property development, infrastructure and construction industry.
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Acad.
- Willing to travel outstation and possess own transport (car) with valid driving license - Lowest Qualification :
