- - Consistency in checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.
- Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.
- Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors.
- Minimise and control wastages.
- Planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of site construction activities.
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.
- Enforcement on Quality Control and other supervision responsibilities.
- Submit Weekly Report Summary to PM or PD on status of work by trades, highlight quality issues,
and anticipated problems.
- Attend Performance Inspection with Employers / Consultants, record and follow up on deficiencies.
- Provide regular updates to Project Manager. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering
or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar position.
- Capable of using site surveying instruments.
- Familiar with highrise construction technologies and processes.
- Knowledge on ISO system requirements. - Lowest Qualification :
