Description :: • Supervise Packing works and quality inspections.
• Prepare and plan works accordingly.
• Check all specifications, color approval and all lab test ensure that can meet standard requirements by the Buyer.
• Monitor the in-process inspection and guide inspectors during time of inspection to visualize the potential defects can be found in the fabrics.
• He will review the defects found if it is acceptable or not acceptable then can promptly discuss with Production Team for further actions and rectifications.
• Report inspection and verified inspection data.
• Train up workers continuously with motivation scheme to understand the common defects and characteristics of each fabrication.
Requirements :: - Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (in Textiles or equivalent, will be advantageous)A diverse and well rounded garment background
- Minimum 3 years garment manufacturing experience, including experience with knit and woven
- Understands garment manufacturing processes, quality standards
- Built and trained high performing QA/QC teams
