Description :: - To update work progress report ,site daily report and monthly progress claim.
- To monitor and minimize wastage of site materials.
- To co-ordinate , supervise and monitor to ensure all works carry out are according to programmed schedule.
- To implementing documentation work for all projects to ISO9001:2008 Standard.
- To Co-ordinate and deal with Architects, Engineers and Client representatives.
- To monitor all workers and Sub-Contractors' works and to ensure their works are carried out in accordance to Drawing Specifications and standards required by Clients and Consultants.
- Defects rectification work should carry out to the Architect's or Client's instructions.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM qualification with some experience in the construction field.
- Capable of reading of drawing, sketches of site levels.
- Able to work independently at the construction site.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- Possess own transport.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Diploma holders in Civil Engineering/Building Technology are also encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
